The Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police & Foundation, Inc. (VACP) could not provide the programs and services it does without the generous support of our corporate partners  and sponsors. Your investment allow us to provide high-calibre training at low cost and also support the day-to-day operations of staff so that we can continue to assist our members and Virginia law enforcement in general with resources and information.

Platinum Partnership: $7,500 +

BECOME A PLATINUM SPONSOR >>

• 10-minute speaking opportunity at one VACP Conference.
  • Opportunity is dependent upon availability of time at the designated event.
  • Presentation proposals must be submitted no less than 30 days prior to the event and be approved by the Executive Director. Earlier proposals may get priority selection.
  • Preference will be given to proposals that are more educational in their content, as opposed to strictly marketing material.
  • In some cases, an expanded presentation time may by authorized by the Executive Director if the topic could potentially qualify for training credit.
• Complimentary Booths at VACP/VACLEA Winter Conference and VACP Annual Conference for two company representatives. (Calendar year beginning July 1 – June 30)
• One year recognition on the VACP website (Company’s logo/website link)
• Two tickets to attend Host Chief’s Night event. (*Optional, if held the specific year)
• Special recognition at sponsored event.
• Highlighted recognition in conference program.
• Highlighted recognition in conference emails to membership.
• Highlighted signage around conference registration.
• Complimentary company inserts in delegate bags. (Pamphlets, pens, promotional items)
• Certificate presentation.
• Company introduction to membership during general session.

Gold Partnership: $5,000

* All booths will remain secured for Silver, Gold and Platinum Partnerships until July 1st. At that time, those not secured will be released to non-VACP Partners in the amount of $1500 per booth. Additional fees will be required for more than two representatives per booth.
